The YEX. Dialogue! seeks to promote professional growth among young executives. As leadership becomes more decentralized and the power struggles of the older generation die out, these very talented young men and women have emerged in their various communities and work places as leaders.

It is these young Ghanaians who have made the transition from responsible citizens to business executives that the YEX. Dialogue! seeks to intellectually engage in an unprecedented forum.

The programme will have the ultimate goal of challenging, inspiring and helping equip Ghanaian young executives with practical ways to network ideas to enable higher performance at work.

Vision

The vision of the YEX. Dialogue! is to inspire and sustain the formation of dynamic and globally competitive Young Executives who can brave the 21^st century leadership challenge through an ongoing activity which identifies and shapes the critical issues affecting development in our country particularly and in Africa in general.

Objectives

1. Create a venue which enables the incubation of business ideas

4. Create a unified voice for young executives who articulate the issues that border on national development.
