Our Nature

African Paradigm foundation is a non-governmental, continental network of young, dynamic and entrepreneurial individuals who are driven by the passion to cause positive change across all sectors for real socio-economic, political and attitudinal emancipation in Africa

We play a direct role in inspiring and advocating for innovation, precision, and accuracy in actions and thought. Absolute reliance on science and measurement instead of chance and superstition.  We push for the need to adopt the right attitudes towards development through a continuous initiation of action-oriented projects and programs that would contend with existing backward tendencies that impedes on human progress.

An integral aspect of our essence is to provide education and training to the African people at all levels on leadership, human values, entrepreneurial capacity building, democracy and governance and the Africa Personality

Our Purpose

To contribute to the total development and modernization of the Ghanaian / African community through actions meant to challenge existing anachronistic and lethargic systems with an overriding commitment to global competitiveness. We intend to provide a thorough evaluation and critical analysis of existing structures on a cross-sectorial dimension in the hope of procuring transmogrifying solutions to the challenges we face as a people.
